She arrived at the Rough House entirely unaware of what she was walking into. She recovered admirably, but she had no way to reasonably control the situation. And dealing with a giant crab? No one’s gonna expect that on their schedule, unless maybe you work in the Department of Irridiation.
But this situation? This is handling customers and people. Getting her employees behind her, getting them all working towards a common goal, juggling their respective needs and wants… That’s basically a good manager’s JOB. Let’s see how she handles it.
