Charity, get used to wearing that expression. I suspect you’re going to be wearing it a LOT.
With that few running the place no wonder it’s falling down around their ears.
Ok, let’s break this down, Charity/Leonard needs to hire:
2 cooks – at least
2 dishwashers
2 bus boys
1 waiter
2 front desk people
1 maid
1 bar tender.
That’s 11 new hires. They could probably get by with only one front desk person and have the bar tender handle the front desk during off hours.
Now you have to add in marketing/advertising, upgrades, and etc. it can get pretty expensive pretty quick.
I hope Tiffany is making some serious money doing movies.
This from a lion who, as mentioned before, is trying to get an actual hotel up and running.
For those that don’t know the projected cost for me to get said hotel up and running, built from the ground up, is $70 to $80 million. Given what I know about hotel design, development and operation, if the Rough House was real I would expect Leonard and Tiffany will have to dump about $10 million into it to make it attractive to potential guests/visitors and do some decent marketing/advertising..

Bosley did such a wonderful job of running things and leaving them in such good condition for the next owner….Not!
I have a feeling this is a sinking ship situation that the old boss sold of to Charity’s uncle and left the others to take the blame. I hope Leonard had enough foresight to set up some emergency funding, cause it looks like this place could use a rescue right about now.
